Classification of hydraulic fittings

1、 The hydraulic fittings are classified according to the hydraulic mechanism.

① Up pressure hydraulic press.

② Down press hydraulic press.

③ Special hydraulic press, including casting press, laminating press and angle hydraulic press.

2、 The hydraulic fittings are classified according to the frame structure.

① Column hydraulic press.

② Frame hydraulic press.

(1) Frame type hydraulic fittings adopt integral steel plate welding frame type frame, which has good overall rigidity and high compressive strength;

(2) The pressure can be adjusted according to the pressing process requirements;

(3) After closing the mold, the starting pressure is fast, reaching the rated pressure only for more than 1 second;

(4) Lower oil cylinder for frame hydraulic press, easy to replace and clean;

(5) It has different derivative models such as lower top material, upper top material and upper and lower compound top material.

3、 The hydraulic fittings are classified according to the operation mode.

① Manual hydraulic press.

② Automatic hydraulic press.

③ Semi automatic hydraulic press.

4、 The hydraulic fittings are mainly divided into:
