  1. Open and clean every day.

In general, the hydraulic parts in the environment do not need to be cleaned every day. If they are disassembled and assembled too frequently, the dust will easily mix in and wear the cylinder and other parts. The inner structure of paper dry filter is made up of multi-layer fiber, which can achieve a higher degree of contaminant absorption and filtering accuracy through three-dimensional orientation. Through the professional test of the engine manufacturer, the filtering effect of the new filter is sometimes not as good as that of the old filter. Generally, the filtering effect of 60% dirty filter is better. Because part of the dust occupies the air inlet of the filter, it can prevent the dust with smaller particles from entering the filter. So don't rush to clean the filter every day. Wait until the filter alarms.



2. Pay attention to the cleaning of hydraulic fittings.

Don't pat the filter hard, hoping that the cleaner it is, the better. Since the filter is a little bit dirty, why toss it back and forth? Does it hurt the filter paper? When it blows, it blows from inside to outside. In turn, it helps to blow in the dust that was originally stopped. Do not use other solvents to clean the filter.

3. The circuit or indication of the air filter alarm must ensure normal operation. Some customers may think that it doesn't matter whether the two thin wires are connected or not. In fact, it's easier to connect the air filter and better for the machine. If it is blocked or the alarm is abnormal, there will be insufficient power and black smoke.

The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the liquid, the hydraulic control valve and the hydraulic auxiliary parts control the pressure, flow and flow direction of the hydraulic medium, transmit the pressure energy outputted by the hydraulic pump to the actuator, and the actuator converts the liquid pressure energy into the mechanical energy to complete the required action.
